On November 2, 2021, MYBJJ marked a significant milestone in its journey by adding Judo to its repertoire of martial arts classes. This expansion came just after the successful launch of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program, solidifying our commitment to offering a diverse range of martial arts training.
The introduction of Judo was a momentous event for MYBJJ, driven by our desire to provide a comprehensive martial arts experience. We were honored to have Sensei Daniel join our team as the head of our Judo program.
With his extensive background in Judo, including his 1st dan black belt and experience in representing Malaysia at various competitions, Sensei Daniel brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our gym.
To celebrate the addition of Judo, we held our inaugural class on November 2, 2021, which was dedicated to our younger members. The kids’ Judo class was designed to introduce them to the fundamentals of Judo in a fun and engaging environment.
It was a fantastic start to what would become a vibrant and integral part of our martial arts offerings.
The inclusion of Judo as our second class, following BJJ, exemplifies our dedication to providing a well-rounded martial arts education. Our goal has always been to offer a variety of training options that cater to the needs and interests of our students, helping them develop discipline, respect, and physical skills.
As we reflect on this key moment in our history, we are proud of how far we have come and excited about the future of Judo at MYBJJ. We look forward to continuing to grow and evolve, offering our members the best in martial arts training.
