On March 2, 2024, MYBJJ proudly watched as our athletes shone brightly at the AJP Tour Malaysia National Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2024, competing in both Gi and No-Gi divisions. The event was a remarkable showcase of talent, and our very own Vincent Lim and Ariff Ameer delivered standout performances that left us all beaming with pride.
Vincent Lim, in his first-ever Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition, made an impressive debut. He demonstrated incredible skill and determination, earning the Gold medal in the No-Gi white belt division and securing a Bronze medal in the Gi white belt division. Vincent's achievements are a testament to his dedication and the effective training at MYBJJ, setting a high bar for future competitors.
Ariff Ameer, who was representing MYBJJ for the second time, continued to build on his previous success with an extraordinary performance. Ariff secured Double Gold in both the No-Gi and Gi white belt divisions.
His achievements highlight his commitment and the advanced level of training he has received, making a significant impact in the championship.
The AJP Tour Malaysia National Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2024 provided a platform for these talented athletes to showcase their skills and hard work. Vincent Lim's debut and Ariff Ameer’s impressive double victory reflect the strength and dedication of our MYBJJ community.
